The Department of Exceptional Education is excited to host our next
virtual Parent Education, Empowerment, Resources, and Support (PEERS) session on
January 30, 2025, from
6:00 - 7:30 p.m. This ZOOM meeting will focus on the referral, eligibility, and review process for Section 504, discuss supports and services for general education students with suspected or known impairments, and inform parents on the process to request Hospital Homebound services for students with significant absences due to medical or psychiatric challenges.
